Payout Details

Payouts occur monthly beginning in March 2025 (when the program begins). You will be asked to sign a short collaboration agreement before you begin receiving payouts, and we will discuss the preferred channel for receiving funds. We can send payouts via Zelle or mailed paper check or, if you prefer, you can send an invoice payable upon receipt.

Affiliates receive $500 for successful referral of a registrant. Successful referral means they have applied using your unique code, been accepted into the program, and have paid the tuition. You do not need to wait for your referrals to complete the program before you receive your money. Payouts are structured according to the payment option the applicant chooses- either full tuition or an installment agreement. 

If a registrant pays in full upon being accepted into the program, the affiliate receives $500 in full in March of 2025 for that registrant. If the registrant also opts for dual enrollment with the House of Night ritual facilitator program, the affiliate receives $600. 

If a registrant enrolls in the installment agreement option, the affiliate will receive $250 (1/2 the referral fee) once the installment agreement is halfway complete and the remaining $250 once the agreement is fulfilled. The installment agreements are either 7 payments or 10 payments depending on what the registrant chooses, so the affiliate will receive the first payout from an installment agreement after the 3rd or 5th successful payment and the final payout after the 7th or 10th installment.

Program Exclusions

The only exclusions from the referral program are those who were already enrolled in the House of Night program in 2024-2025 and are receiving a substantial discount on the 2025 program. For everyone else, as long as your code is used, you will receive the referral fee.
